We understand that plans can change. However, due to the perishable nature of our products and the advance preparation required:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Delivery times are scheduled in advance and coordinated with your event timeline. We make every effort to deliver on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or venue access issues.
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our location at 12 Elmfield Road, London, SW17 8DB. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside our standard service area.
We guarantee the quality and freshness of all flowers at the time of delivery. However, flowers are natural products and their appearance may vary slightly from photographs or samples. Once delivered, proper care is the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for wilting, damage, or deterioration that occurs after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or environmental conditions.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
In the event of a legitimate complaint, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include replacement flowers or partial refund at our discretion.
